I'm 22, 82 kg, I noticed that the head hair have thinned, but I have no hair loss. Everytime I run my hand through my hair I got just 1-3 hairs.
My brother eats lots of pufa, he is a bit overweight and tired and he does not have this issue. Neither my father.
My genetics are great regarding hair. I can easily grow a big beard.
My diet:
Fat - Low pufa, mostly saturated, butter from Ireland
High carb, medium protein, low fat - orange juice, ground beef, rice, mushrooms, milk, bananas
Daily calories around 2000-2500
High salt intake
No more than 20 g cane sugar/day
I walk everyday a lot
Body temperature 36.5 C
Pulse 65-75.
Progesterone and androsterone almost daily, not combined
I have poor quality sleep due to sleep apnea and overproduction of mucus. I strongly believe it's an allergic reaction.
What do you think is the cause of thinned hair?
