See the last 3 readings...impressively high. Also, yesterday I toke B6 300 mg and today in the morning, but before sunbathing I didn't felt any signifcant variation, also I've done B6 100 mg twice a day before with pulse and temps far from what I got...
So, it seems that while I'm under the sun, my metabolism is rised a lot. Would this be useful in the long run? is a good idea?
