I was in the supermarket today (UK) looking at the ingredients on white breads. Noticed they all had soya flour in them.
The government had calcium, iron, niacin and thiamin added to white flour after the war for the valid reason of ensuring people got enough nutrition during rationing. The point being if you want a population to consume something you put it in bread.
I'm not proposing a conspiracy theory I just mean it's another source of oestrogens people are unwittingly consuming and because it's in bread it will affect almost everyone.
