Hello everyone! I am new to this forum but I have been studying it quite a bit before joining.

Here are my details:
Age 40 / male
6ft 300 lbs
Typical oral temperature 97.6 to 97.9
History of taking oral finasteride 1.25/mg daily for about 10 years (for MPB), stopped about 2 months ago when I came across this forum and realized how unsafe it was — no problems with libido but I am sure it has caused damage to my body in general

My goal here is to lose this excess weight and to get healthy again. I understand there are risks to losing excess body fat and the PUFA and other stored toxins being released, but I am willing to take those risks (although I would appreciate any suggestions on supplements or other products I might want to take to mitigate or offset the potential damage or overload from the weight loss). I wanted to give the finasteride background as I am sure getting my hormones back in proper working order will help with this, as will lifting weights again.

Given my level of obesity, I presume that I have some level of fatty liver, estrogen dominance (also have gynecomastia which was pre-existing before finasteride due to childhood obesity), cushing syndrome and poor metabolism (low body temp).

So I figure it is best to get strong baseline testing done so I can identify what order to tackle this in (fatty liver first? etc.).

My two most recent LabCorp test results are posted below. I am planning to order a DUTCH test. Are there any other specific lab tests that anyone recommend I get ordered with LabCorp to give me the most complete picture of what issues need to be focused in on and what strategies to use to get this weight off? I really appreciate any insights and I will continue to document my journey and results to contribute to the forum.
