Peptides are in water and with absorbed in seconds. Steroids are in oil. The oil will be absorbed in some hours, but most of the steroid ester will precipitate on the spot and stay there (this is why they have depot effect). Basically you have then steroid ester crystals in your tissue (the reason for post injection paid and/or inflammation sometimes). Inflammation will always cause scar tissue. Scar tissue in muscle is ok = invisible & will add to the muscle size / scar tissue or even lesions just below the skin will (as you can immagine) mess up your skin. This will not happen for sure, but it may.
