Hi everyone! I really need to hear your experiences on this one. I previously noticed that whenever I eat sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, I get extremely horny for the rest of the day. I mean, like very very sex-obsessed, I almost start to watch porn (I never do), looking at girls on streets and on social media, etc. I have a girlfriend, for f**'s sake :) It's embarrassing. Pumpkin seeds have a stronger effect, and as I understand, they contain a bit more zinc. It's sort of cumulative, meaning I can get away with a couple of days of moderate seeds consumption, but then the horniness starts to take hold. Recently I've been noticing that eating lentils every day eventually leads to similar results. Of course, lentils contain less zinc than seeds, but those are not eaten as side dishes, so the larger amount of lentils that I can eat in a day kind of makes up for that.
Once again, it messes me up badly, I can barely concentrate on anything meaningful. My serum zinc are always okay. My diet also has enough copper.
I think I can easily reduce my seeds/lentils consumption but I was wondering if anyone else had the same experience.
