Epididymis cyst

Hello everyone! I have a epididymis cyst and it from time to time have little pain from it. Saw post on this forum from General Orange, he used 300 mg aspirin and cyst went away. I think to try aspirin and mk-4 combo. Maybe somebody know that i can add to that stack?

Cyst have became larger and I will go to doctor and he make decision remove or not now, maybe somebody know what I can do without surgical operation?
