So these are my old tests
TSH- 3.11 (0.5-4.50)
free t3-2.9 (3.0-4.7)
free t4-1.4 (0.8-1.4)

These are my current results-
TSH- 0.47 (0.5-4.50)
free t4-0.7 (0.8-1.4)
free t3- 3.5 (3-4.7)
total t3-83 (86-192)
total t4- 3.7 (5.1-10.3)

Still waiting on my reverse t3. I take 40 mcg per day of t3. Need help interpreting these results.

Either your body is not absorbing effectively, or it's converted to a major extent to T2. T3 doesn't convert to rT3.

Do you get any hyper symptoms when you take 40mcg or do you barely feel it?
Also, do you take it all at once or split up?

I think I am getting slightly hyper symptoms. Like I feel more hot and sweat more. I also noticed diarrhea which is a big change from constipation. What does this mean should I stop t3? I really dont want to go hyper. I have this fear of thyroid eye disease since I think my grandpa had it and he has hyperthyroidism.

Feeling more hot and sweating more is not always "bad". You should check your pulse and temp in the morning. As long as your pulse when you wake up is not upper 100 bpm I don't think "hyper" state is present. Also your lab test are coherent as your TSH is getting below 1, means that you are reacting correctly to the t3 supp. How do you feel globaly ? How is your digestion ? Your mood ? Your libido ? Your energy level etc... Also are you making sure to have enough fuel and carb/prot with your t3 protocol ? Are you splitting the 40 mcg over the day ?

Go by symptoms. Tweak the dose based on how you feel. 40mcg is too much then for you. A nutritional deficiency likely causes your high TSH.
