I mentioned it in a thread somwhere, but just now tested it ... and works a treat!
I made a chicen neck broth, with no added ingredients... just water, necks and salt.
Then made the Peat Potato Juice 'Soup" (more "Goop"), with salt, which again tasted so bad..but no brown as cooked it after 20 minutes of starch settling
Combined 50% of one, 50% of the other, added a bit more salt... and it was delicious. A hint of potato, with the chiken soup flavour.
It's definitely a winner if you are trying to eat the potato protein soup but can't stomach it due to texture and taste. I think addition of some green veggies added to the broth would make it even better.
