Book Recommendation - Very Good Intro to the Good Doctor's Ideas

I found this book via a mention of it here in the forum by the author: "How I Overcame Hypothyroidism: Dr. Ray Peat's Principles for Metabolic and Hormonal Regeneration" by Benedicte Mai Lerche (2023). It's very solid IMO. It covers the full range of his thinking. I'm recommending it to my friends who say, "Who is this Ray Peat guy?"
