Hello everyone today I have been doing some reading on the great gama who was an Indian wrestler from the pre roid era. He was famous for his undefeated record and tossing a 1200 kg stone. Here is his diet which fascinates me:
He somewhat peated but the almond paste and chicken is iffy. What fascinates me is his lack of facial bloating despite his weight and caloric intake. My face bloats very easily and that’s something I really want to avoid as I inch my way back to a normal calorific intake for my height/activity level.
