Hello
When I start reading here I find that lots op people taking aspirin.
Also I see that people that are doing sports also taking aspirin on regular basis
I know that taking aspirin have a lot of healthy benefits.
Ray Peat, PhD on Aspirin – Functional Performance Systems (FPS)
But also aspirin is a huge pain blocker.
This is the reason why I be afraid of taking aspirin because you can damage and injured yourself big time when you not even notice it. (or to late)
Its always important to listen to your body but if the warning signals being shut off and there are no signals anymore that telling you that you are overdoing something and you keep going and going… thats makes injury's only worse.
So I wondering how other aspirin users think about this that are doing heavy sports like weightlifting, bjj or other sport that cause the most injuries.
Especially people they are taking huge doses like 6 grams a day.
Maybe i am to scared?
