What do you think about wheat germs ? It's a very good source of b vitamins/vitamin E/zinc/manganese protein and the half carbs of it are simple carbs.
I think it Can be a good thing to have nutrients and proteins but it contains about 7 grams of Pufa (for 100g) so, maybe it should be consumed with a bit of coconut oil.
