Well saidThey have different mechanisms of action, so can't really be compared. I think E is the most direct estrogen antagonist, followed by A, and then K. I don't think vitamin D directly lowers estrogen but it seems to potentiate androgen's effects and thus contribute to lower estrogenic tone.
So how much retinol should one take to be equivalent to retinoic acid?
