For those who do not know who Chad Nicholls is. He is one of the top bodybuilding coaches ever.
Been coaching people on hormones, nutrition, supplements, weight lifting for over 3 decades.
Has coached people like Ronnie Coleman, Big Ramy, Flex Wheeler, Paul Dillett, Kim Chizevsky-Nicholls, Nasser El Sonbaty, and many others professionals + non competitors.
This guy probably has more hormone experience (with varying dosages) than almost anyone in the world.

Starts @14:50 (to around 20:00)
"You should do 2 things before you start (bodybuilding/hormones) no matter what. Definitely start a protocol for your hair - Finasteride etc. Start it even if you don't think you need it, because you are going to need it!"
Has worked with many people on hormones, and has seen the devastating effects of dht on hair loss.
-Chad mentions Dht compounds eat up hair badly and should only be used for a short time. Using dht compounds long term eat up hair badly.
-Has experience with other methods people promote like lowering prolactin, lowering estrogen, lowering cortisol, various growth hormones, various blood flow products etc, but mentions what works best at current time - Finasteride.
