Hi all,
I went to the endocrinologist for the first time today in order to request lab tests. The idea is to do this at least once a year. I got my requests and will be doing the tests soon, it will be quite comprehensive.
During my visit today my body composition was measured with an instrument that uses electrical impedance and I was positively surprised. According to the test, the amount of lean body mass I have is higher than average for my weight (41 kg of lean body mass and 80.3 kg total weight). What surprised me the most is that my body fat is only 10.5% of my mass, I thought it would be closer to 15% to be honest. By the way, does anyone know how reliable this method is?
Here is a screenshot with the body composition results, and stay tuned for the blood test results!
