That was my thinking as well, Dave. Well, I just took my 1st 40,000 pill, with coffee, BUT, hating swallowing pills I opened it up. I know, I know, not supposed to. But I figured this was also a good way maybe to get less of the effects vs going "full pop" with it since I am sensitive to most stuff. I also figure if i get any scary reactions i'll just slam a bunch of cheese down my gob (protein for it to munch on).

I deep down have such very high hopes for this stuff to help with a LOT of lifelong issues. A LOT. Docs are ***t. They are a cabal of no help, really. Just know what they know, stuck in a box from the higher ups, and just sell those irrelevant meds ya bastards.

Oh WOW. Ok, I am feeling the effects an hour later. I KNOW this feeling! My Nitric Oxide is really high, yippee! Last time I felt like this I had taken an amino acid to raise it and it makes my blood feel like cold water flowing through my veins, I feel body temp went back down which is a blessing (I run warm/high BP/stress/inflammation), and I feel "decompressed". Oh this stuff is already wonderful. My fear is the backlash I get from everything. hope my stomach can handle whenever i take it.

You guys might want to think about trying Dr. Wong's Zymessence. It is a popular systemic enzyme blend that has the individual ingredients enteric coated, so that they do not react with anything in the stomach. Ok the Nitric Oxide effect/raise is massive. My sinus and body feels exactly like when I take higher doses of my amino acids to raise N.O.

So, a lot of people think this specific feeling after taking Serrapeptase is it's "eating away sinus gunk" when my experience right now is it's 100% the veins in my whole body completely opening up dramatically, also making it feel like my sinus is totally clear. When my N.O. is crazy high, you can actually see the insides of my nostrils are solid blood red.

If it's this good at raising N.O., I'm hoping it's as good at everything else it claims to do (eating up excess protein and Calcium, etc)

So, I'm a week in. So far so good. The persistent inflammation weaned enough to let me get a monumental adjustment on my C1 vertebra at work. Haven't had a deep, true adjustment like that in about 5 years. I cried it was so huge and gave me such relief. I was off balance for months and months.

I'm now up to 3 pills a day. Ready for 4 soon (40,000 each).

It was also my experience that any stomach discomfort-weirdness goes away after a few days of taking these.
Only side effect is I feel a little floaty/tired at times sometimes. It's subtle enough though that I can handle it.
Also notice in the mornings my tongue is really covered that needs to be scraped off. Gross, hopefully a good sign of candida yeast dying off??

Interestingly enough, I only felt the huge Nitric Oxide boost that one time when I opened the capsule. I am able to swallow them after all and haven't felt that boost AT ALL since then. One day I will experiment and open one and see if it happens again, I'm sure.

After taking it before work, at work my sinus is draining out of my nostrils, but it's funny because it's coming from the TOP of the nostrils, not the bottom, if that makes any sense LOL .

I'm also noticing the permanently rigid muscles in my whole neck & body (chiropractor said it's all scar tissue) is "ripping". What I mean by that is, if I raise my shoulders as high as I can, and then lower them as low as I can, I get this micro-fascia tearing sound, which gives me relief. Like my muscles are finally getting soft enough to stretch properly. I really, really hope this continues as I raise my dosage.

As a side experiment, I am putting this as a paste (opened pill mixed with aloe vera gel) onto a foot wart daily. Someone on Amazon touted she got rid of a (forgive my spelling here) "Sebherric something-something" off her forehead (a really dark, hard rough skin thing that looks like a big, flat wart) after a few months of applying this paste daily. A year later she came back and said it never came back. I am doing this on a family member's back who has exactly that skin issue as well. Will see if it does anything for either of us. When having this mixture with a bandaid on it, mine doesn't itch at all, but family member's thing does.

A small amount of alcohol raises Nitric Oxide. A lot of alcohol kills Nitric Oxide.

Woah. Took a few days break and now took 2 pills (40,000 each) now with my morning coffee and I'm having that wonderful whole body cold feeling.

So I took my Pulse Oximeter out and low and behold! My heart rate is a very low (for me!) high 50's and my blood oxygen is 98-99%. Amazing!

I use a lot of oral Serrapeptase spray each day.It works better than any capsule I have used. I am pretty much done with capsules. It has helped a lot of things - digestion issues, skin and I think it dissolved a small fibroid - wont know until I get another scan .

Hello, if you are still there, what brand of spray do you use. Is it Absonutrix? That’s the only one I see on Amazon.

Try 100000 first. I took about this amount for almost two months before getting a benefit. But I think that is not unusual with proteolytic enzymes.

Hello I have peyroines disease and I would like to start Serrapeptase. Can you recommend a brand that delivers 100% serrapeptase and not some other chemicals? I am trying to find a good brand and I would like to also know about precautions taking this stuff. Any adverse side effects?

YES, as it thins the blood. You are already taking Aspirin & K2. I don't even know about the rest, that's up to you to do research!!
