Post Plandemic Legal Actions Here

A tragic story which we have seen replicated with subtle variations across continents for two decades – it usually starts as here with a dispute between two parents, and ends up with state agencies, courts of law, impoverishment and broken hearts. In this case a mother who had always hitherto complied with vaccine schedule over 23 years is accused by her GP of being an ‘anti-vaxxer’ but who is now pursuing her disabled son’s case not to receive the Covid jab to the United Kingdom Court of Appeal at untold personal and financial expense.

Such is the level of bias in the British state that there is actually no British doctor ready to give testimony in such case for fear of professional retribution at the General Medical Council. Obviously, the absurdity takes on new dimensions with an unlicensed and failing product.

A new bill has been introduced in Idaho that would make the administration of experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccines illegal.

Representative Judy Boyle (R-Midvale) and Senator Tammy Nichols (R-Middleton) sponsored House Bill 154.

Sen. Nichols introduced the new bill on the 15th of February before the House Health and Welfare Committee, according to KTVB.

According to the bill text, “A person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state.”

Philippines experienced 64% excess mortality between March and September 2021. Excess mortality increased each month in lockstep with the increase in Covid-19 vaccines rollout.

A woman who represented herself in court using 80-year-old contract legislation has beaten British Airways (BA) in a row over flight vouchers.
In January 2020, Jennie Barber booked two return flights to Japan departing that May, but the flights were later pulled due to Covid restrictions.
BA offered a refund in the form of travel vouchers but Ms Barber wanted her money back. The airline refused.
Representing herself, Ms Barber took BA to court and won a full refund.

"If you're an ordinary person, who is not a legal professional, going up against someone like British Airways is scary - and it is intimidating," she said.
However, Ms Barber, who studied A-level law, was able to beat the airline giant in court using the Law Reform (Frustrated Contracts) Act 1943.
