Coconut aminos are a great alternative to soy sauce. I know a lot of people use Bragg's Liquid aminos, but i think coconut aminos taste more similar to soy sauce than liquid aminos do.
Anyway, I don't even need to go over the dangers of soy - like its goitrogenic, estrogenic, and inflammatory properties - because I'm sure most Peaters already know.
The only main drawback to coconut aminos are that they're a little pricey, but the bottle lasts for a while, so it ends up working out.
In my opinion, spices & sauces are two really important factors in making the Peat diet palatable, enjoyable, and dynamic, so I hope this helps some out.
