I train several times a week and still compete in a couple of sports, but am slowing down.
I am looking for products that may assist and have come across a product called Mod Carbs containing the following; "organic Oats, Buckwheat, Chia, Amaranth, Millet, Quinoa".
This product is supposed to give me more energy throughout a training session.
After looking at Ray Peat and what Haidut are suggesting this product is no good long term.
Has anyone got any thoughts on this and if this product should be avoided. If so, what other products would you recommend to give me more energy throughout training and competing?
