Okay, hi everyone, I made an account especially for this question.

We all know that omega 3 ALA/EPA/DHA have been overestimated, and after reading a few articles of Ray Peat I could understand the danger about these oils. But one question remain, since we still need some EPA/DHA for our brain not to shrink with age, HOW MUCH of these sould I consume ?
Does Ray Peat advice for a certain amount ? How much is too much ? How much is not enough ?
Does ALA have specific benefits over EPA/DHA, which should we consume ?
