Yes, I did the same Pledge of Allegiance routine in 1st and 2nd grade, normal public school in N'awlins. Then it stopped. ???Many were indoctrinated since kindergarten. The very word kindergarten means garden of children. Children are viewed by the statecult as a resource owned not by parents but by the statecult. When I was in kindergarten, in a private baptist school, we had to stand every day and say the pledge of allegiance, like little american nazis. Fortunately I had a father that helped me not to become indoctrinated.
I do agree with the overall statement that the Indoctrination is the process of 'education', and just makes one capable enough to perform jobs or have a career like builder, engineer, laboratory assistant. Not in the least intelligent or independent. "Modern Times" with Charlie Chaplin comes to mind.
