Is it ok to take charcoal - with sugar/salt - when waking up 2-3 hours before I need to get up?
I would like to get the benefits of all three.
I know that charcoal absorbs things - would it absorb the sugar/salt?
I don't plan to take charcoal each time I wake up early, just 2-3 times a week.
