I've been peating for a couple years, and this thread is about one of a few issues I've never managed to fix. I'm looking for ideas.
I get soft tissue calcification quite easily. The main symptom is tinnitus (ear ringing), but very occasionally I feel it in the bowels area (just a few seconds once in a while, not painful). Any of the following seem to trigger calcification: antibiotics, vitamine E or aspirin. A bit of aspirin is enough to cause calcification, even without any other obvious side effects like excess blood thinning.
These symptoms can be relieved if I supplement K2. However, although it works for that purpose, I react badly to vitamin K2 in general (flu symptoms, and also insomnia later at night). I tried many quality MK4 brands, so it's due to K2 itself. I seem to do okay with a few mg's of MK7, however it's not as effective as MK4 for calcification (and vinegar in the ear drum not as effective either). Since I can't use much K2, I can't use much aspirin for too long either.
If anything, my impression is that calcification has gotten worse since peating. Probably, my K2 requirements have been raised due to aspirin and other experiments, or the fact that the diet and carrot salad reduces bacteria count which is also an internal source of K2.
