Hey guys! New member but I’ve been a fan of this forum. Glad to be here.
So I have a flu I started taking oregano oil - 4 drops 3 times a day, and yesterday and today took 4 tablets of Aspirin, 2 per day for fever, might need to take more today. The Aspirin is by Bayer the effervescent tablet 400mg of Acetylsalicylic Acid and 240mg of Vitamin C per tablet.
My question is, when should I consider taking vitamin K? Since both Aspirin and oregano oil are blood thinners.
If I were on the Aspirin alone, I’d take one K capsule for every 13 tablets of Aspirin.
The K I have is AOR Peak K2. Menatetrenone (vitamin k2 [MK-4]) 15mg per capsule.
Thank you!!!
