DeBlasios mandate for all NYC private employers is a joke. Its meant to scare you and also your employer. There will be an injunction and the mandate will be stayed before it ever is enacted. Then it will be struck down. This is meant as a scare tactic to pick up a few 10k / 100k ppl to get vaccinated. You can effectively ignore it. They dont have the law outlined yet, that comes out on Nov 15 and then enforced on the 27th... That isnt feasible for anyone. No one could cooperate with any law under those circumstances. This is a sh****y hail mary of a policy by a lame duck mayor. hes a POS
