Hi all,

I've got quite a few health problems so i decided to do some blood tests. Would be great if someone could look into it.

Health problems:
1) Can't really work, exercise or even read. I will get this extreme physical reaction. Would call it extreme physical stress, even when reading a book. Tight chest, feeling extremely rushed and a heart that sometimes skips a beat. Imagine you have the biggest deadline of your life, you only have 10 minutes left and are nowhere near finished. This is wat i got all day. Especially when working.
2) Autoimmune issues. Probably because of the chronic stress.

In a few days i will also get a more comprehensive hormonal panel done. Everything i marked bold, is something that isn't what it should be or is near the end of the range.

TSH is also pretty high. But i don't know if my thyroid gave me the problems, or that the chronic stress made TSH high.

Vitamins and Minerals

Phosphate 1.06 nmol/l (0.81-1.45)

Progesterone 1.97 (<0.45)

Cadmium <1.8 (<8.9)

Rest
hs-CRP 0.20 (<3)
immunoglobulin 12 (7-16)
BSE 8 (<15)

Stool test

No fungi or candida, that was all good. Transient flora was ok. But a lot of things wheren't good, like resident flora. Also got a leaky gut.

PH value 5.4 (5.8-6.8)

Side notes:
1. My sleep was also way off. But i sort of fixed my circadian rhytm (with food on specific times, sleep schedule, lot of light etc.)
2. I have used Mifepristone in may on 100mg for 7 days, probably a too low dose. I found out 100mg only reduces progesterone and not cortisol. Since yesterday i am doing a new trial of 7 days on 600mg.
3. I'm reluctant to try the Peat diet because of my autoimmune issues. Thinking of trying a lectin avoidance diet.

Hi

If you post your diet; that may help you get a response or two.

Regarding an edit: yes - but it has to be in a certain window of time iirc.

Thank you for your reply!

It has been a week, is it possible to edit :) ?

Here is my diet:

- Morning: 8 eggs with 1/2 avocado (olive oil)
- Lunch: Salad with some vegetables, mackarel, 1/2 avocado. Also 100 gram of fruit + 75 gram of walnut/pistachio
- Diner: 150 grams of rice or purple sweet potato, grass fed chicken or beef and vegetables (low fodmap + low lectin)

Any updates on the 600mg mifepristone trial? I have PFS and have heard about a few people having temporary recoveries so I wanted to try it.

How does one find it, it’s so hard to locate? Would massively appreciate a PM.

I have no clue unfortunately. I was going to try to ask my endocrinologist for a one week trial but I’m almost certain they won’t agree.
