Oh, impressive. The supplement you shared seems to be of exceptionally high quality. It provides the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of 400 micrograms of Folate in just one drop, and there are 800 drops for only $25. I'm curious about its calcium content, though. If it's only one drop, it likely isn't much... However, unfortunately, the shipping cost is $37.
Oh yeah it seemed a very good product indeed. I think it was more 'folinic' than 'calcium' though.

How much calcium are people consuming on this way of eating? (Food and/or supplemental)

My low fluoride tap water ( which tastes fine) contains at least 100mg calcium per litre, and I end up using about 2 to 3 litres for drinking or cooking ( brown rice absorbs loads if you cook it properly until fluffy). So assuming that's my only source and the beef, rice and potatoes is negligible, I am at about 200 mg minimum, and probably closer to 500mg
