Well, another reason not too eat nuts, they are high in arginine and low in lysine, their ratio is the worse! Grains and most legumes are not good, potatos are fine! Sweat potato and bananas are ok too.
Dairies and fish and then meats are the best.
Bad news for chocolate…
Snail, shrimps and crab are not balanced on the right side.
A drawback for skin and gelatine in general, it has not the right balance the meat has…
Orange might not have a lot, but the balance is pretty bad!
