Meanwhile @tyler maxxed out his T from 200 to 1200ng with thyroid, a well-rounded diet, topical K2. (etc)

I definitely think more progress could be made if Smith substituted thyroid until that person did not need it anymore. How long did it take @tyler to achieve that?

The age of the person is so important. Way way harder for a man in his 40's to increase T that much naturally, than a man in his 20's.
