...it was a regular Paleo Puff- not a hard one or abnormal. (If you feel weird reading this, I feel just as strange writing it.)
I'm in a support group for gadolinium toxicity where the chipping of teeth & tooth loss seem overly common. For some reason I thought I could dodge that issue since I consume so many milk & cheese products.
I've never chipped a tooth before & have had 0 oral problems for years.
From my limited understanding, a lot of the problems with Gd stem from its interference with calcium.
Just at a loss on how to deal with it because I for sure don't understand what exactly is going on...but it doesn't seem like doctors or scientists really know either (although they're slowly progressing)
I have been using the Bass toothbrush & brushing technique(3+yrs), along with Shine Remineralizing powder (2+yrs) from OraWellness.
Shine Ingredients,Cinnamon version: Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite* (powdered bone from grass-fed New Zealand cattle), Sodium Bicarbonate, Xylitol (sourced from birch), White Kaolin Clay, Calcium Lactate (non-dairy), Magnesium Carbonate, Himalayan Salt, and Cinnamon Oil.
Thanks, Peat people in advance
