Hello,
There used to be beautiful milk available here (Miranda Dale - gone out of business & sold their name to other farmers who I can't find any info on). They were jersey cows, solely fed on grass, organic, non-homogenised, pasteurised at a low temp. I now drink Barambah and Jannei (goats milk) but the Barambah (cows), for me, is just not as good. Does anyone have any recommendations for good milk purchasable in Sydney? It seems like every brand feeds their cows at least a bit of grain, and pasteurises it at the standard temp which is quite high.
Thanks!
