The autrailian lady on Tik Tok, I want to say her name is Barbara something. She talks down about caffeine saying that it depletes calcium from the bones. I’m not sure if that is the case but at one point I had hair and nail analysis done and my calcium was low. It was during a time when I was consuming a lot of caffeine so it makes me wonder. I have also heard that caffeine can cause cystic breasts and increase estrogen. Is there truth to this?
