Only two cases/reports using Hydergine specifically. In one the daily dosage was 45mg, way too high! The other we can't see what the dosage was. It would be nice if someone had access to the case report and could find out the dose being used, Dihydroergocristine-induced retroperitoneal fibrosis with an episode of reversible obstructive acute renal failure. - PubMed - NCBI
