Since ME/CFS is such a challenging condition to put into remission I figured I’d share this interesting video about a lady working on a group experiment to learn more and hopefully help make some headway in understanding it better. Since conventional medicine has continued to let most people suffering with this down I think her work is really valuable. Disclaimer: some of it is inline with Peat such as self experimentation, metabolism and mitochondrial health but some is not like using ancestral diets and possibly the impact of the microbiome.
