K2 with eggshell helped my teeth for a couple months. Then the k2 stopped helping -my teeth started feeling super sensitive -I upped the k2 and my teeth got worse. I quit the k2 and teeth got better-I also stepped up oral hygiene as I would do almost Anything to avoid oral surgery. My teeth are almost back to where they were when the k2 was helping. Occasional sensitivity.

that's insane that the light brought down your prolactin a lot really fast. i didn't know it made that much of a difference. the 250w, those are the ones that are extremely hot, like a heat lamp? i was about to buy one from home depot actually, but didnt buy it because i didnt have a stand for it and i was going to do more research.

fwiw, my prolactin went down from 13.9 to 13 in about a month. it has to be even lower now.. however.. im still shedding... a lot.

Light powerfully stimulates thyroid. Sitting under them for a hour and I start to get extremely hungry.
They do get warm, its not unbearable or anything like that. I keep them about 2-3 feet above all my work areas using music stands. I even have two clamped to the shower rod for showers.

I use these for the bulbs:

Ya I remember shedding for like a year non stop. You still shed like mad when it starts growing back so its tough to base progress on shedding alone.

does this cause wrinkling of your skin at all? i went and bought one, but i was curious about that. i bought one of those lamp metal things too, but the one i bought said it has lead in it!! what the hell!!! does the one you have have lead in it? I'm going to have to buy a lead free one, that is a little intense.

I think if you sue the light transdermally, you won't absorb much lead? :)

I used it today and definitely felt a difference.

Def better than nothing, but I find the full spectrum incandescent bulbs benefit me more when using during normal daylight hours (if I can't get sunlight). I do use some red light like that at night to help relax if I need it though. Did you see the link to Mr supply in that thread? Those are the bulks I use. Honestly, I think any light exposure is going to be beneficial and help move things in the right direction. You might find one better suits you than the other.

Yes, it without a doubt did something and it worked. However, I'm beyond ****88 up man. I honestly don't know what to do or if the light is enough. So get this.. I go into my car today and my car smells so bad. I'm like, what the hell? The light somehow opened up my nostrils or something I don't know. I've only been eating cheese and coffee and OJ lately since I ran out of milk. So I go buy raw milk. As soon as I drink the raw milk and the coffee, the sides of my head start expanding again (calficiation, yay) and I didn't take any vitamins today, but then all of a sudden I can't smell anything in my car and I go into this weird daze that I've been in the last 7 years.

Like finasteride somehow ****88 up my senses or something. Maybe i'm allergic to the milk... what do you think I should do dude?

The light definetely helped me A LOT. I'm going to keep using it everyday and maybe it will make the differnece. But damn man.. my smell is even gone I didn't even realize it. As I was driving before I had the milk.. I could actualy think clearly for once. I actualyl didn't eat a lot today.. but I think so clearly when I don't eat. This sucks man.. I have no idea what to eat now if I am allergic to milk.

I can get dull-headed if I have too much milk. Try a couple of days without it, and see if your head feels better.
It's annoying not being able to eat milk and cheese for a good part of protein and calcium etc, but maybe worth skipping it briefly just to see if this is part of the issue.
Eggs, shellfish, fish, meat, eggshells, fruit, spuds, coconut oil ...

Just try if for a few days. If it makes no difference, then go back to eating dairy again.
Even if milk bothers you, butter may not. Depends what's bugging you. Butter doesn't have much of the milk proteins or sugars.
Even if you feel better without the milk, it may not be an absolute and permanent problem - if you can improve your health, you may restore tolerance. You can then try adding in a smaller amount, and see what you can tolerate.

If the light's helping, keep doing it!

What is that going to show that will be helpful for my . Problem?

I wish I could help, but just like Peat, I have been told that legally I can't sell supplements and consult at the same time. Too much of a risk to be interpreted as diagnosis and treatment by a non-medical professional.
If you have issues with calcium, I would ask your doctor about blood tests for serum calcium, ionized calcium, vitamin D3, calcitriol (activated vitamin D), PTH, phosphorus, and complete metabolic panel with all electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, etc). They have to be all done together since in isolation they are almost useless. So, if you doctor only wants to do regular vitamin D3, insist for tests for PTH, calcitriol, calcium and phosphorus as well (at a minimum).

Ok I can get that. Do you know why calcium would cause sleepiness? I take 1/4 egg shell and feel like im gonna fall over in my chair only to be ok an hr later even though taking coffee.

Does a regular doctor do a metaboluc panel or is it something special?

Last time I checked my serum calcium.. it was too high... **** what if I have hypercaluria.. that could be why im so tired from egg shell.. is there a fix for that or did I screw myself there too? It was like 10.6 but I wasnt going over 2k mg per day anyway...

Im going to go get all the haidut tests if my docotoe will do it.. the dude hates me I think becayse I keep asking for blood work im not sure if he will do it again or ill find another doc

These are all regular tests that any doctor should be able to order. Let's see what they show.
