I've been taking Zinc Piconinate 50mg for randomly.
and I can definately say that Zinc is most effective supplement for lower Prolactin,Estrogen and increase Testosterone and DHT.
On the next day I took it,I'll wake up with strong morning wood.
Erection is even stronger than When Im on low dose T. My Penis looks more complete and bigger.
Orgasm is way strong,much controllable,almost no Post Orgasm.
Mentally,I get strong alpha male feeling and Agression.

The only problem is, I get bloat,gas problems even take with food.
and I don't know Is it safe to take over a year.
Doesn't high Nitric oxide have the same effect on errections?

I track my copper and zinc uptake....get from food first then supp 15 mg zinc gluconate when needed...this weeks average 1.8 mg copper-29.4 zinc...267% RDA...no problems. Don't think taking over 15 mg is wise.

-deeper voice
-package is more relax/fuller (sorry girls) which would indicate higher parasympathetic state
- testosterone level close to the top of the range.

Is there any potential issues long term if i eat a lot of nutritious foods daily?

I also started taking 30 MG zinc Glycinate and this one comes with 5 MG of P5P and 5 MG of R5P and some molybdenum.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much because you never know how the copper balance in your body relative to zinc might be. Some people have too much copper. I used to eat lots of liver and that has so much copper.

You can get significant copper from legumes if that’s something you eat, real dark chocolate, and nuts or shellfish.

These are simplistic die-hard anecdotes, for two reasons:

You don't know how much you are absorbing and especially in which tissue / organ.

You don't know how much is actually present in that particular food.

True. We could also say we don’t know how much of a mineral supplement we absorb upon consumption.
