Tried chocolate again and my skin flares up again. Damn, It’s really not that easy.

supplements are not recommended and I don’t tolerate most copper foods.

I know this is an old thread but cocoa powder has oxalates and if you have a sensitivity to oxalates you may be reacting to that. Also I'm not sure but maybe there could be mold contamination unless it's from a good source as this is an issue with most ground coffee so maybe this also applies to cocoa?

Another thought, could it be that your intolerance to copper rich foods is linked to your iron levels / ability to recycle iron? Again, I know this is an old thread so by now you may habe found the solution but as I just came across this I thought I'd add my little 2 cents worth 🫠
