I have found that a lot of people struggling with glycogen problems/night terrors at 3am and carb intolerance after low carb/keto diet.

What best ways to recover from it?
I was on zero/low carb around 6 months and discover sleep problems/low energy, sleepines after meal with carbs.
Even now with high carbs/low fat/moderate protein i still have this low glycogen stores symptoms.
Cold Hands and etc etc
Mb exist some strategy to somehow increase tolerance to carbs/glycogen stores and shift my metabolism to carb burner?
I just dont know where i should start

I would say:

- add salt
-dont necessarly be on a low fat diet. Moderate fat. Coconut oil as primarly source
-sugar fruit or ice cream are great
- take delicious meals
-keep calm, play and have (preferably good) sex

Optimal diet for increasing lifespan

And then begin by solving the big 3:

+ Clean the Liver

Caffeine Reverses Stress, Insulin Resistance, Hypertension

High Protein Diet Prevents & Reverses Fatty Liver Disease (steatosis)

+ Fix Digestive Issues

Amino Acid Supplementation For People With Poor Digestion

Ray Peat Potato Protein Soup (RPPPS)

Cyproheptadine - A Wonder Drug?

+ Reduce PUFA in Tissues down to almost nothing

PUFA Depletion Can (probably) Be Accomplished In 30 Days!

Haidut's Summary Of PUFA

I used to be very low carb, like you.
Add carb slowly (ice cream) dont cut on fat but cut on starch has helped me a lot and coconut oil for the win

It's now been almost 3 months since I quit the Carnivore Diet and my energy levels are still very low.
I have yet to reach my best pre-Carnivore, non-optimal energy levels.

I suffered a lot with sleep for a while, in the early stages of peating, now I sleep better, but I never wake up refreshed

How are you today?
Still working on fixing my gut issues. But now have a clear strategy for it.
Daily Betaine HCL, digestive enzymes, bitters, Triphala, ginger extract are also helping.
Sleep is not very refreshing and wake up with head pressure and general body stiffness.
