For those who do not know Zafirlukast is an anti-asthma drug. (leukotriene receptor antagonist) Study shows that zafirlukast protects against adrenaline + decreases heart's serotonin content by %19.

Two injections of zafirlucast had a favorable impact on serotonin content in the myocardium (this parameter decreased by 19%), promoted a decrease in adrenaline content and normalization of the norepinephrine/epinephrine ratio
