Better sleep, better digestion, less water retention. Was one of them game changing supplements for me

Thiamine Tetrahydrofurfuyl Disulfide in low and high dosages did absolutely nothing for me expect slimming my wallet and give me bad breath.

It did nothing for me at higher or lower doses (200mg - 1g) other than it seems to make me irritable.

Higher body temperature, deeper relaxation, enhanced sleep quality, better motoric balance, a little bit more energy.

For me it only does me good with a 1:1 ratio with magnesium supplementation.

I take 200mg of each 3 times a day.

I can also take 200mg without a meal in the evening and sleep through the night peacefully.

I've been using 4 grams daily 2grams twice a day for about a week now and I day did 6 grams , not sure I notice anything maybe slight increase in appetite.

I take 1 gram of Hthree times a day.

I’m pretty used to the effects now but improved digestion, more energy and better mood are main positives.

I bought a bottle of thiamax which I’ll try out soon.

Did you find you needed extra magnesium or potassium or other minerals? I’ve read posts where people needed to balance ttfd with something else because it’s so much stronger than HCL.

Possibly i would feel off if i didnt take daily mag, idk. Potassium i also consume as electrolyte rich salt i sprinkle on meals.

Thiamine is horrible for me. I think it's analogous to how for some people, serotonin lowering substances like LSD can really bad effects instead of good ones. But other serotonin lowering substances, like coffee and niacinamide, are beneficial for me. It's only thiamine in particular which I think may lower serotonin in a specific way which can magnify hidden negativity.
