enclosed a history of my values including the % data. All values are without external hormone intake and other supplements. In summary: These are mostly in the lower third but sometimes very rarely "optimal" which makes me hope that my thyroid gland perse could work quite well. I have also a history of low cortisol and sleep issues.
Since 2017 and I live mostly HighCarb and do moderate sports which helps but it seems not enough. I have been taking low dose T3 (CT3M) for 2 months now and it helps a lot against daytime tiredness. I wonder if I should add some t4 in the evening.
What do you think?
