1) Too Much tryptophan/Protein

Milk/Eggs are LOADED.

Much better off eating Parmigiano-Reggiano, Liver pattee, oysters/shrimp. Actually nutrient dense foods.

1.5) Underestimating sertonin as the root of all evil Both intestinally/brain
