Figuring out what is causing it can be helpful. It could be neurological (due to excess ROS, due to PUFA, iron, elevated FFAs, stress hormones, etc.), vascular (due to excess ROS, NO, estrogen, etc.), hormonal, neurotransmitter related (dopamine, serotonin, etc) or mechanical.Anybody have any advice for treating erectile dysfunction?
Thanks, love his articles!Erectile dysfunction Part 1: the solution for your neurotransmitters » TESTONATION
Neurotransmitters in your brain are controlling your erections. Serotonin, dopamine, glutamate, noradrenaline, etc. Find out which ones to optimize.men-elite.com
Is estradiol blood test accurate? Have heard different things about estrogen blood tests.get your testosterone, free testosterone, shbg, and most importantly estradiol tested to just get a good idea where you are
Have you tried it yourself? I eat cumin frequently which contains a lot of salicylic acid and I have tried full doses TocoVit with no results.Aspirin
Might be a part of it perhaps, but not sure. I get no morning wood and no random erections, but I am able to get weak ones when watching pornography. Have you tried it yourself?nofap, no porn & optimize hormones
Thank you Hans! Do you know some ways to find out what the cause can be? My iron is good at least and I doubt it can be PUFA since I have been restricting since 2016. I do take some DHA from time to time, but had issues even before starting it. Also have been taking good amounts of Vitamin E and niacinamide, defibron for a long time.Figuring out what is causing it can be helpful. Eliminating gut irritating foods, balancing blood sugar, lowering stress hormones, eating a diet rich in all the micronutrients, optimizing sleep, etc., is a good place to start.
Do you know if you can measure prolactin with regular blood test? DHEA is illegal in my country so cant really try that, but I tried gonadin with only very little results. Most likely prolactin. Try boosting dopamine and you will lower prolactin. Low dose dhea does the job in boosting dopamine or you could try piracetam and or bromocriptine. Some people became sex addicts from bromocriptine.
Yes, you can measure it. Do it.Do you know if you can measure prolactin with regular blood test? DHEA is illegal in my country so cant really try that, but I tried gonadin with only very little results.
Yes, the boners I have on aspirin are insane, veiny unit, girthy, and the orgasms are very satisfying. I do have to say I didn't yet have any encounters with ED as such, but I definitely feel an extra oomph.Have you tried it yourself?
