Nitric Oxide has been shown to Fight Viral Infections.

Apparently, humming naturally releases nitric oxide into your nasal passageways. Nasal nitric oxide generation via breathing and humming may help to decrease nasal infections. You may be able to HUM your way to sinus health. I am thinking that humming can be used in emergency situations as a defense booster for covid after close encounters with shedders.

Assessment of nasal and sinus nitric oxide output using single-breath humming exhalations - Figure 2 shows an increase in nitric oxide after 1 breath. After 4 breaths (figure 3) the increased nitric oxide disappears and a 3 minute break is needed to restore the increase in nitric oxide shown above. The 3 minute break makes me think that humming can not increase nitric oxide to unhealthy levels.

Hypoxia in ARD Syndrome leads to blood coagulation by depression of body defence anticoagulatory and fibrolytic properties along with metabolic acidosis. If we go into hypoxic hypercapnic state no hyper coagulation takes place. Hence Bhramari by enhancing the expression of Nitric Oxide and increased Carbon dioxide by extended exhalation and alkaline pH prevents coagulopathies and morbidity due to Covid-19.
