I was looking for prepared soups in my stores and found some concenrates that have xanthan gum and carob in them. I know Ray Peat talked bad about carageenan, but what about this two gums??? I was somehow expecting to find thing like gelatin broth in tetrapak but I see thats only an american stuff, nothing like that in Europe.
