Wtf, brown semen??

Yes, brown is higher up blood. Easy on the prostate. Monitor your ejaculation frequency and cool the protsate.

Please go to the doctor... it could just be prostatitis and will be cleared up with antibiotics but we can't know if it's something more serious. Please go right now.

It varies alot - sometimes frequent, sometimes not
generally good, some bouts of low energy
should be hitting all those adequately except when I track, folate can be low

fortunately it's back to normal since past couple days
