feeling extremely weak, little cough, little fever, body aches.

any advices what to do to recover soon?

What I got here is: zinc sulfate, chlorophyll, zinc lozenges, vitamin d/k2, K2, glycine, Quercetin, infrared lamp, multi vitamin,

even methylene blue, but I never took it and am bit scared of taking it.

The infrared lamp, fruit juice, liver and vit D would be my starting point

Niacinamide, aspirin and MB are my go-to’s when sick. And cypro. I’m also wary of MB - when I try it when I’m well, it ironically makes me feel off. But when I’m sick, it’s a godsend.

Aspirin, if you have it, is good for inflammation.
Last time I was sick a few months ago, I found pregnenolone helpful for dealing with the overall stress of being sick. I think it gave me added energy to fight off the infection.

I would go for ciproheptadine, but if you don't have that, then methylene blue would be my second choice.
