Wind knocked out of me

Almost everything I eat/drink, it feels like the wind has been knocked out of me during digestion. I have had a scope done many months ago and I have a hiatal hernia as well as esophagitis. Not sure if this plays into it at all, but almost everything does this to me. Right where the 'windpipe' is, it feels like I have been suckered punched very lightly.
