Will Vitamin K2 MK4 Affect Hair?

I just ordered Carlson's K2 5mg and am planning on taking 15 mg daily to induce skull growth. I am 18 years old and am interested in giving this a try as I have seen some people gain positive results from High k2 dosages. I did, however, read online that many people had hair benefits from K2 yet others reported hair loss after starting high k2 dosages. What are your experiences with this and should I go ahead and start this dosage?

It is not as good as mk7. Natto has 1000mcg per 100g of it, and is sold at Asian grocery shops. Or there is mk7 supplements.
